Professional Menopause Training for Every Workplace

As a leading training organisation, we’re committed to elevating awareness and education on menopause and hormone health for women everywhere ensuring every voice is heard and every experience is valued.  Join us in building a more equitable future, because informed, confident communities start with you.

Our Story

In 2007, Kathryn Colas founded SimplyHormones, the first women’s advisory service dedicated to raising awareness and understanding around menopause. Her dedication has solidified her status as the menopause pioneer. In March 2020, she authored How to Survive Menopause Without Losing Your Mind, distilling personal experiences and rigorous research into actionable insights for navigating hormonal shifts. Beyond education, Kathryn shapes workplace policies and practices, collaborating with NGOs, public, and private sectors to build supportive environments. She’s the first and only non-medical expert appointed to the British Menopause Society’s advisory committee, influencing evidence-based guidelines.

In September 2020, Kathryn launched the Kathryn Colas Academy. By 2026, alongside expert coaches and with a board of leaders in clinical care, psychology, neurodiversity, wellness, and leadership, the academy continues to deliver inclusive, evidence-based training on menopause and interconnected hormone health issues like perimenopause, thyroid imbalances, and stress impacts.

Our Training Programmes

We offer four CPD-accredited Menopause Training Courses:

For Executive Menopause Coaches who aspire to become confident and exceptional trainers, we offer the Train the Trainer programme.

All of our courses are CPD accredited, showing that they meet high standards of quality and relevance. CPD certification not only elevates your credibility when you train with us, but also demonstrates that your training adheres to industry standards and delivers value to your learners.

How is your business dealing with menopause?

Latest on Employment Rights Bill

The UK’s Employment Rights Bill marks the first explicit legislative mention of menopause, mandating employers with 250+ staff to publish equality action plans addressing menopause support and gender pay gaps, voluntary from April 2026, mandatory by 2027.

For companies, this mean they will be required to develop policies, training, and accommodations to comply and retain talent amid 14 million lost workdays yearly from symptoms. Independent trainers will also see heightened demand for expertise in menopause awareness training and education.

The Kathryn Colas Academy focuses on long term solutions, by delivering trusted, evidence-based information into the workplace with measurable outcomes.

➡️ Raising awareness of menopause has been shown to have positive long-term benefits on equity, diversity and inclusion

➡️ Being proactive and forward thinking prior to potential legislative changes, demonstrates long term commitment to employees, attracting and retaining talent.

➡️ Successful programmes begin with opportunities for knowledge sharing and collaboration to ensure inclusivity.

➡️ Having your own trained menopause coaches, ambassadors and champions within your organisation ensures professional management for the long term.

Certified knowledge. Confident individuals. Stronger organisations.

We offer support through menopause training for independent coaches and trainers, HR and Line Managers, customised webinars and workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
