 At the Kathryn Colas Academy, we design and deliver CPD-accredited programmes tailored for independent coaches, training professionals, and organisations focused on menopause and women's health in the workplace.  Our sister company SimplyHormones exists to give individuals the  information they need to feel informed about all stages of the transition, so they know what to expect, know how to handle it and  don't feel in the dark. 

Both initiatives share the mission of breaking the stigma around  menopause, with a focus on evidence-based research, education and  awareness. 

• INDEPENDENT TRAINERS BECOME AN EXECUTIVE MENOPAUSE COACH. The Executive Menopause Coach (EMC) training programme consists of 18 hours of live interactive webinar training over eight modules plus assignments. The course is designed for independent training professionals seeking to extend their portfolio of training services. Through practical exercises; you will gain and improved knowledge of peri menopause and menopause as well as an understanding of up-to-date workplace cultural needs; and how to build long-term relationships with clients. The course will conclude with a module on your own business development and digital strategies to boost your menopause coaching practice. • IMPROVE EDI BY BECOMING A MENOPAUSE AMBASSADOR. Our Menopause Ambassador (MA) course  is designed to generate better knowledge and understanding around menopause and topics such as cultural engagement and gender identification and shows how the changing face of the workplace impacts on menopause management. You will learn not only how to identify and understand menopause but also how to use the tools provided to engage with and support staff and colleagues; with the aim of giving them the confidence to address their own peri menopause and menopause symptoms. You will be shown how to measure this and see results through reduced absenteeism and improved productivity. There is transformation happening in the world of work, both because of the pandemic, and underlying structural shifts; you will be kept up to date with new working practices and how this may affect colleagues. • BECOME A MENOPAUSE CHAMPION RAISING MENOPAUSE AWARENESS AND SUPPORT IN THE WORKPLACE.
